The Planning and Operations Division provides new or expanding businesses with site selection, financial packaging, marketing and research, incentive packaging, local liaison, referrals and job training services.
The Regional Review Committee of the Middle Rio Grande Development Council (MRGDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 14, 2008. The meeting will be held at the Quality Inn at 920 E. Main Street, Uvalde, TX 78801. The last preliminary meeting for the MRGDC RRC will be held prior to the Public Hearing. The preliminary meeting is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. and the Public Hearing will begin 15 minutes after the preliminary meeting is adjourned. The following counties and all cities located in the following counties: Dimmit, Edwards, Kinney, La Salle, Maverick, Val Verde, Zavala are invited to attend this meeting. The committee will discuss and approve the Objective Scoring Criteria Questions and Guidebook for the 2009-2010 Texas Community Development Block Grand Funding Cycle.
