Benefits Counseling and Legal Information: Get the public and private services you deserve with the help of expert benefits counselors, legal awareness on Medicare/Medicaid - available to you at no charge.

Case Management: Trained professionals help you maintain your health and independence by coordinating care from several sources.

Non-medical In-home Services: Do physical limitations prevent you from doing certain tasks? We come in handy when it comes to helping you with chores, housekeeping and personal care.

Volunteer Opportunities: You're never too old to help others. We can tell you about opportunities to serve in the Retire and Senior Volunteer Programs, and other programs.

Nursing Home Ombudsmen: Specially-trained and certified volunteer advocates visit nursing homes to help residents, family and staff help ensure the highest quality of life.
